Dr. Keith Ayoob, Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York City, where he also directs the Nutrition Center at the Rose Kennedy Children's Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center. Dr. David Breland is a Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Specialist at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Seattle Children’s Hospital.
