Grape Tomato Pico De Gallo
Make five 1/2 servings

Ingredients:
2 cups grape tomoatoes
.25 cup red onion diced
2 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. cilantro chopped

Preparation:
Wash the tomatoes in a strainer and cut them in half.
Add the red onions and lime juice and mix thoroughly.
Gently fold the cilantro in the salsa.

Serve with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to meats and fish. Enjoy!
