Welcome to the Matanuska Susitna Borough School District's Nutrition Services Department.
Our menus meet the new federally mandated guidelines for total caloric intake, as well as fat and sugar and sodium intake. We are constantly trying new recipes that incorporate Alaskan Grown items.
Our dinner rolls and hamburger buns are "Whole Wheat w/ Delta barley". The fish we serve is Alaskan Pollock, Cod or Halibut.
We strive to make our menu items kid friendly while still staying within the federal guidelines.
